Refund Policy

1. Collateral Refunds
If the guarantor service has not started or has been cancelled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, any Collateral held by us will be refunded to you. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used when you paid the Collateral (e.g. the same card or account), unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2. Timing
We will process eligible refunds within a reasonable period after the cancellation or non-start of the service. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take additional days to appear in your account.
3. Service Fees
Any Service Fee already paid may be non-refundable once the service has been partially or fully performed, as set out in the Terms & Conditions. For service not performed, we may refund the Service Fee at our discretion or as required by law.
