1. Nature of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a Guarantor Service Agreement between you and Yoho Student Service Ltd. By using the platform, you agree to obtain guarantor and related support services as described herein. This is not a tenancy or rental agreement; all monetary amounts in connection with the service are defined as set out below.

2. Definitions of Payments

For the avoidance of doubt, all amounts payable in relation to this Guarantor Service Agreement are to be referred to and treated as follows:

• Service Fee — Any fee charged for the provision of guarantor or platform services. This term must be used and no reference to "rent" or "rental" shall apply to our fees.
• Collateral — Any amount held by or on behalf of the service operator in connection with the guarantor service. This term must be used; the terms "deposit" or "rent" shall not be used to describe such amounts.

No amount under this agreement shall be described as a deposit (in the sense of a rental deposit) or as rent. Refunds of Collateral are governed by our Refund Policy.

3. Service Operator

Financial and guarantor services are provided by Yoho Student Service Ltd (Hong Kong). Technology and data processing are managed by Yoho Technologies Ltd (UK). By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
